OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
